Resilience Roundup

Supporting Confident, Strong, and Resilient Kids

Hello Reader,

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how much of the world’s heaviness trickles down into parenting. The constant focus on what’s wrong can quietly shape how our kids see others. But small changes can shift this.

I just wrote an article to share ways to help kids build trust, resilience, and hope—starting with small, simple steps we can take over the holiday break. These ideas can help you and your kids see the good that’s around you. I hope this brings some light to your family this season.

And, as always, feel free to ask me questions or things you'd love to learn more about!
