It has been a while since I emailed out but wanted the dust to settle as we headed into 2024.
I hope January has started fabulously an February is off to a great start!
As always, I wanted to share the rundown of resources. I kicked off Journey of Resilience 2024 in January year and will have a full year of resources on boosting children's and teen's resilience.
Here are all the resources from January:
In December I did a major blitz of episodes (Episodes 113-120) to discuss all the traps adults fall into that can make anxiety worse, along with managing anxiety escalations.
I then kicked off the Journey of Resilience, which will continue for all of 2024.
December was all about thriving the holidays and kicked off the new year with goal setting with our kids. Here are the rest of January:
